.: Weh Question: What do you use to animate? :.

I mostly just create each frame on whatever art program I use (mostly one that has multiple layers) and put them all together in a movie maker of some sort, which I guess is an inefficient way of doing it.

You can also try Pencil 2D although from what I heard there were some problems with the program, but nothing that involves not creating and finishing the actual animation.
